Legacy co-posted the same false claims about their piano course. However, they didn't need to...I knew they were BS, but purchased it anyway. I'm a musician and it's an outstanding course. Most likely the best beginning piano course on the market.

It could. It would depend on the nature of the money making or other financial opportunity and whether the CFPB would interpret it to fall within the definition of "financial product or service." Is a "free grant" offer or "make money on the Internet" offer a "financial product or service," or just a financial or business opportunity that is not fundamentally financial in nature, in contrast, say, to a mortgage or credit card loan? That's the question. It'll probably be a while before the CFPB gets to questions like this. Meanwhile, the FTC retains jurisdiction over grants, biz ops and other financial opportunity offers under its own statute, the FTC Act.

It is my understanding form what I have read elsewhere that this also has the potential to effect those selling any type of "money making" or "financial opportunity" type product to consumers. Do you concur with this opinion?
